Return Policy
You can inspect your order with the delivery courier before accepting it. If there's an issue and you'd like to return it, you can hand it back to the courier right then (return shipping applies). Once the courier has left, returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.

 تقدر تعاين طلبك مع مندوب التوصيل قبل ما تستلمه. لو فيه مشكلة وحابب ترجعه، تقدر تسلمه لمندوب التوصيل في نفس اللحظة (مصاريف الشحن على حسابك). بعد ما مندوب التوصيل يمشي، مفيش استرجاع إلا في حالة عيب صناعة
